Learn how to use a fabulous combination of traditional and contemporary Indian cooking techniques at Zaika restaurant. Your experience lasts for three to four hours, divided into three parts. On arrival after tea and coffee, you'll be given an informative introduction to the techniques and philosophy of Chef-patron Sanjay Dwivedi, followed by a cookery demonstration, hands on cooking in the kitchen, learn the way of preparing a simple yet innovative Indian meal, from starter through to dessert.
Then the remaining phases are for you to relax, take your seat and enjoy a great five-course meal complemented with selected champagne and wines. As a memento take home some menu cards including recipes of dishes cooked by you at the restaurant, to help you replicate the memorable gastronomic creations of the day.
