At Zaika, we constantly strive for excellence.
We are proud that not only our cuisine but also our wine and
cocktail lists have won critical acclaim and awards.
The wine list encompasses 17 different countries and countless
regions. It demands the same passion as our food and is constantly
changing as we taste and discover more and more wines. General
Manager Luigi Gaudino has personally selected each bottle
for its suitability with the subtle spices and flavours of
our exquisite cuisine incorporating some more traditional
vintages with some perhaps more unknown vineyards.
